Yes, all consultations are by appointment to ensure we can give your pet our full attention. You can book easily online 24/7 via our booking page or call your preferred clinic during business hours.
Both clinics operate Monday–Friday 8am–5pm and Manjimup is open Saturday 9am–12pm. We're closed on public holidays but our emergency service is available.
For after-hours emergencies, please call either (08) 9771 2199 (Manjimup) or (08) 9761 1905 (Bridgetown). One of our team will advise you on next steps — we understand rural emergencies can happen anytime.
Yes! We provide care for companion animals (dogs, cats, etc.) and rural/farm animals including herd health, minor procedures, and on-farm visits where possible. Contact us to discuss your livestock needs.
Unlike human healthcare in Australia, veterinary care is not subsidised by Medicare. We provide full hospital-level services (exams, surgery, diagnostics) with advanced equipment and medications — costs reflect this professional care.
We always discuss estimated costs before proceeding with treatments or procedures. An initial consultation allows us to provide a tailored estimate based on your pet's needs.
Bring any relevant history (previous records, vaccination certificates), current medications, and a sample (e.g. faeces/urine) if requested. A list of symptoms or concerns is also helpful!
We strongly recommend keeping vaccinations current for your pet's health and to protect against common diseases in rural WA. We can check and update them during visits.
Yes — we provide initial assessment and first aid for injured wildlife and strays. We work with local wildlife carers (e.g. WIRES) where appropriate.
Balingup services are coming soon! In the meantime, please contact our Manjimup or Bridgetown clinics for appointments or advice.
Call your local clinic, use our online booking form, or email us. We're here to help — don't hesitate to reach out!
