What This Extension Does

EzyerVet is a browser extension that automates the EzyVet login workflow. It helps users:

• Quickly select and autofill login credentials using Chrome's built-in Credential Management API
• Automatically select the appropriate clinic based on your location
• Automatically select veterinarians on the calendar view
• Optionally return to the last visited page after logging in

Data We Collect and Store

All data is stored locally in your browser using Chrome's storage API. We do not have access to this data.

Locally Stored Data

• Usernames: A list of usernames you save for quick login selection
• Clinic Preferences: Your preferred clinic mapped to your network location (IP address), so the extension can auto-select the correct clinic
• Extension Settings: Your preferences such as whether the extension is enabled and last-page navigation settings
• Session Data: Temporary flags (e.g., login timestamps) that are cleared when you close your browser

External Services

The extension contacts the following third-party services solely to detect your public IP address for clinic auto-selection:

• api.ipify.org
• api.my-ip.io
• ipapi.co

Your IP address is used only to determine which clinic to auto-select. It is stored locally in your browser alongside your clinic preference and is never transmitted to us or any other party.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• Passwords (handled entirely by Chrome's Credential Management API)
• Personal information
• Browsing history
• Analytics or usage data
• Any data from websites other than ezyvet.com

Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or transmit any of your data. All information remains in your browser's local storage.

Data Security

Your data is protected by Chrome's built-in storage security. The extension only operates on ezyvet.com domains and cannot access data from other websites.

Your Rights

You can delete all stored data at any time by:

• Using the extension's settings page to clear saved usernames and preferences
• Removing the extension from Chrome
• Clearing your browser's extension data through Chrome settings

Changes to This Policy

If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
